So another road trip, yes ladies, my friends and I are travellers! This time to St. Jacob's Quilt Shows and Merchants Mall, followed up by the Grand National - Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow at the Kitchener Waterloo Art Gallery. The exquisite image above is my "favourite" pick from all the wonderful art quilts in this exhibition. What more can I say .... we lucked out once again with wonderful weather, good company and that handy GPS gadget that got us into KW and back without a mixup (yeah).
And to top it all off at the end of the day Iris the cat came out of hiding, down the stairs to greet my friend and even allowed herself to be petted by a "stranger". Will wonders never cease???
